What does the typical yacht rental include?
Each rental comes with a skilled crew, required safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. The exact offerings will vary based on the package selected — evening cruises come with select snacks and premium refreshments, while business rentals include meeting facilities and catering suited for events.
When should I secure my reservation?
You should schedule your booking preferably 2–3 weeks before your desired date, and during busy seasons (May–September) it's advisable. For business gatherings and special celebrations, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance will assure better yacht availability and provide ample time for personalization of the event.
What if the weather turns bad?
Our main concern is your safety. In case of unfavorable weather as determined by our captain, you will be able to schedule for a new date or receive a complete refund. Weather forecasts are checked regularly and if there's a likelihood of bad weather, we will get in touch with you at least 24 hours before departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, guests are permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. We also provide top-notch catering options that can be tailored to your preferences. Note that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do you have yachts accessible for individuals with mobility issues?
We aim to make our yachts accessible for every guest. Some vessels are equipped with better facilities for accessibility. To ensure we meet your needs, we ask that you discuss any specific requirements before booking, and we will suggest the most appropriate vessel and make the necessary accommodations.
What is your policy on cancellations?
If you cancel your booking at least 72 hours in advance, you will be refunded in full. Cancellations made 24–72 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, unless the cancellation is due to unsafe weather conditions or a mechanical failure on our end.
